Betty Boop

Fleisher's darling Talkatoon star, needs little to none introductions, you can find her on any product imagineable dispite first debuting in the 1930s, A caricature of the Flapper and a pioner in the rubblehose style, Betty Boop stands to none but her own. When I first really got into Betty Boop it was because of my sib Max sending me Waffle's with Ab's take on her, which is absolutely adorable, (she's such a little muffin I love her.) Causing Betty to skyrocket into the penthouse of my brain, it also helped that because of Porcelain I was in a 1920s mood. Now is my view of her tinted with rosey glasses, yep. I don't particularly love everything about her in canon (don't look up her age unless you want to feel weird) But there's something about her that really speaks to me and makes her fun to draw whenever I'm bored, perhaps it's the fact her design is so simple even bad drawings of her look like her, due to her iconic look.
